How To Order
If you are interested in ordering items from me then the process couldn't be more simple.
Simply use the Contact Us form or drop an email to info@cinami.co.uk telling me what it is you are interested in having created.
Please continue reading for information regarding the requirements for each item.
Standard Canvas Prints
If you would like to order one of my canvas print designs, simply state which image it is that you are interested in and the size you require.
(Available canvas prints sizes can be found on the Prices page)
If you would like to have any particular colour variations for your canvas print then state the colours you would like and I will send you samples via email for you to verify. You must ensure you are completely happy with this image because there are absolutely no returns.
Once the artwork has been agreed and payment received the final artwork will be created and sent to you via Parcel Force at a cost of £15 per print.
Unfortunately, due to size of these items, delivery is UK only.
Alternatively, you can request a high resolution digital image via email of any of my canvas print designs in colours of your choice for £20.
Bespoke Canvas Prints
Ordering Bespoke prints is almost the same as Standard Canvas Prints. These items will require you to email good quality digital photo's of the people you would like included in the final image. If you have any particular theme choices from my Personalized Prints Gallery and any colour preferences then these must also be stated, along with the size you require.
I will spend as much time as is needed to create an image you are perfectly happy with without increasing the cost to you. However, I will typically aim to have your image ready for you to verify within 1 week.
Once the artwork has been completed, I will email you a sample image for you to verify before any printing takes place. You must ensure you are completely happy with this image because there are absolutely no returns.
Once the artwork has been agreed and payment received the final artwork will be created and sent to you via Parcel Force at a cost of £15 per print.
Alternatively, you can request a high resolution digital personalized image via email for £30.
CiNaMi Exclusive : Mobile Advertising Ecard
When ordering a Mobile Advertising image, you will need to include all contact details and your logo image. Please also include some small details of what you can provide or company motto. Any small details you feel would be relevant for this kind of image.
I will then create this image for you, usually within a day, and return a sample image via email for you to verify. Once this is done and payment received, I will send you two different images both via email and mms to ensure easy accessibility for you to resend your ecard. The two different images will consist of the following.
1 x .jpeg image 240 x 320 pixels for standard handsets.
1 x .jpeg image 480 x 640 pixels for more advanced models.
Alternatively, you can include the make and model of your phone and will also create the image to exact size of your screen so the image can also be used as a mobile phone wallpaper.
If you wish to have multiple images of the same ecard, for instance, with different employee names on each one for use as a business card, I will charge a minimal fee of £5 for each extra image. £3 per extra image for 10 images or more.
Logo's & Advertising
Ordering Logo's & Advertising images is much the same as ordering any other digital images from me. For Logo's, simply let me know the name you want for your logo and anything else you would like included in the final image. I will then create some logo designs for you, refining them until you are happy with the end result. Any colour preferences and ideas you like should also be included.
Advertising images will need as much information about your products & services as you think is necessary plus contact information, dates and times if needed and if you have any images you would like included.
Once again, when the artwork is completed I will send samples via email for you to verify. Once this is done and payment received you will receive your images immediately.
For Logo's you will receive:
1 x Large size .png - transparent background (for large format printing ie. posters, banners)
1 x medium size .png - transparent background (letterheads, compliment slips, invoices and other office printing needs)
1 x medium size .png - background colour of your choice (just in case)
1 x small size .png - transparent background (web and email)
This should ensure that you have the right logo's for whatever use you can find for them.
For Advertising images you will receive:
1 x large size .png - high quality image to enable resizing to any size while ensuring clean, crisp lines and edges
